On 5th July, 2023, the new initiative of Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV) to inform and mobilize enterprises in the context of gender equality at work was presented to the General Council of SEV.

The results of the SEV survey on the position of women in Greek enterprises were presented and discussed by a panel of distinguished speakers that highlighted critical aspects of this issue. Members of the panel were:
